Frequently asked questions.
How long will it take to arrive?
As I personally hand craft each picture delivery times can vary. If you are buying an item from stock then usually delivery will be within 14 days. New designs depend on current workload however you will receive an estimated delivery date prior to placing the final order.
Can I have a design made to my own ideas?
Yes, I love to work one on one with clients to design items that fulfil their own brief whether that be a new design, colour scheme or alternative sizing. Send me your contact details so we can arrange a time to connect and discuss options
Can I see when my purchase will be delivered?
Deliveries can be monitored every step of the way via the couriers tracking service. I will provide you with the courier name and tracking number prior to despatch
Do you provide fittings for hanging?
Most items are mounted on a sturdy frame that does not require extra fittings. All others will come with fixings pre fitted. Please advise if you wish to hang vertically or horizontally.
Payment
I accept payments via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Items will be despatched once confirmation of payment has been received. For bespoke designs I request 50% payment prior once the design is agreed and the final payment at completion, prior to despatch
Do you accept returns?
I want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll help you get it sorted. You can return most items for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Unfortunately personalized designs can’t be returned however this may be lifted at my discretion
